Shipping Information How do you ship my product?
All products are shipped directly from factories in China. We can ship to any major city in the world and any point in the United States.
The logistic route depends on your lead time and budget. Generally, ocean shipping takes about 22 -25 days and air shipping takes about 4 to 7 days., and expedited air shipping takes about 3 - 5 days from China to LA.
For example, if the ship-to address is in the East Coast and the lead time is short, we definitely recommend to air ship the product directly from China to the nearest east coast airport to the final destination. We will then use ground shipping to take care of the in-land transit from airport and the delivery address. If time is not a concern, we can ocean ship the product in the West Coast and then use ground shipping to deliver the products to your address.
We are experienced in logistic. Simply tell us about your in-hand date, we will figure out the most economic and most suitable route for your product transportation. Most of the shipping charge will be presented in the quote. Only short-distance in-land shipping, such as the shipping between your local port to your address, can not be calculated at the quotation stage due to the fluctuation of in-land shipping rate. We can confirm this charge shortly after receiving PO.
I have never imported before, will Your Supplier take care of this for me?
Yes, on all importing related documents, it will show your company as the importer. However, we will take care of all the documents and paper works for you.
In usually , we've already included duty and custom clearance fee in your quote.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Shipping is just one of our services to our clients. If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder, shipping companies, etc, please feel free to let us know. We can give you FOB China pricing or FOR China pricing. Your forwarder or shipping companies can pick up goods at any point you request.
What is the standard turn around time?
The turn around time is Sample Time + Production Time + Shipping Time.
When time is allowed, we ship sample for your approval. When it's urgent, we recommend virtual sample presentation. That means pictures of pre-production sample are presented via email instead of mailing.
Production time varies from project to project. Some items require mold setting and mass production. Some don't because factories already have extra inventory on hand. Standard production time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks. Rush order normally has 7 - 14 production days.
You never know if you don't ask. Simply address your quantity and in-hand date needed. Your Supplier team will strive to fulfill your wish and negotiate your best interest with factories. In order to work out a rush order and make everyday count, your PAE will draft a schedule so you will be aware of timelines.
